LIFELINE

9-12th grade

Let’s give high schoolers the opportunity to encounter Christ and experience a life of community in the Church. We are excited to offer Lifeline at St. John the Evangelist in West Chester, OH!

Lifeline allows young people to encounter Christ through prayer, Sacraments, and community. Offering the Eucharist during a Vigil Mass, inspiration through a dynamic speaker, and a chance for encounter through adoration with praise and worship guarantees a great night for young people in our community.

Rick Grinstead

Rick Grinstead helps run Alpha Youth Catholic across the country, which means he spends his time figuring out how to help teenagers actually encounter God instead of just hearing about him. He's been doing youth ministry for 35 years, so he has seen a lot, and he still believes the best part of faith is the part you experience for yourself. He and his wife Stephanie have eight kids, so he is comfortable in loud rooms full of teenagers.
