Former NET Missionaries who train, manage, and pastorally care for NET Teams while living in community and growing deeper in their relationship with God. If you’re looking for dynamic formation in the Christian life while developing both professional skills and leadership abilities, this is for you.
Each year, 15-20 Catholic young adults live and work together in West St. Paul, Minnesota, seeking community, deeper formation, and leadership skills they can carry with them into any vocation the Lord leads them to. The Mission Staff role is designed to both serve and care for our NET Teams as Team Supervisors and to build upon each member’s unique leadership qualities, deepening their call to holiness and mission.
Mission Staff are challenged to grow in ways they never imagined. Through deep formation in Catholic discipleship, community living, professional maturity, and servant leadership, serving on Mission Staff is more than a typical “job.” We’ve seen hundreds finish their time with Mission Staff as stronger young adult leaders, fully equipped to live in and serve the world boldly in this Apostolic Age.

Mission Staff begins each June, and the application deadline is February 18, 2025 for the upcoming 2025/2026 mission year.
If you have any questions about Mission Staff or the application process, please contact Pete Burds, Chief Mission Officer, at peteb@netusa.org.
When filling out the application, choose “Team Supervisor/ Mission Staff.”
