What

An annual gathering for key leaders and partners to step away from the demands of daily life and enter into a weekend of prayer, rest, and meaningful conversation.

Why We Gather

To be Renewed in Spirit

This weekend is first and foremost an invitation to step away and return to what sustains the mission: prayer.

Through Mass, Holy Hour, and time for reflection, our spirits will be renewed and our conviction strengthened. The mission begins here.

To be Renewed in Community

NET is blessed to have a circle of close friends, board members, and advisors who support and strengthen our leadership team and staff. The Leadership Retreat brings together these like-minded leaders from around the country who partner in mission with NET. Shared meals, unhurried conversation, and time with the NET Missionaries will shape our time together.

To be Renewed in Mission

As part of the retreat, you'll hear strategic updates and ideas for the mission and be invited to provide your input and counsel on advancing NET's mission for the years ahead.

You will leave the weekend not only informed, but confident and proud to be part of this work.
