Why We Gather

Spiritual Renewal

This weekend is first and foremost an invitation to step away and return to what sustains the mission: prayer. Through Mass, Holy Hour, and time for reflection, the spirit is our spirits are renewed and our conviction is strengthened. The mission begins here.

Meaningful Community

Leadership in mission requires both conviction and collaboration. This retreat offers intentional time to know one another more fully — to build upon the strengths each person brings and to deepen trust across regions and roles.Shared meals, unhurried conversation, and time with the NET Missionaries will shape our time together.

Advancing the Mission

You will hear firsthand how NET is forming the next generation of Catholic leaders across the country. The weekend provides a view of the mission’s impact, growth, and vision for the years ahead. Our hope is that you leave not only informed, but confident and proud to stand behind this work.

Step back, reconnect,
and look ahead – together
