Team 4 Profiles

Edward Charles Kamensky III   Fontana, CA   26
Ed is our amazing brother who takes care of setting up for retreats and the van. He is from Southern California and of course like the other three Southern Californian brothers, enjoys to eat at In-N-Out. His favorite grace is the new Aladdin grace and he likes the Vaseline AME (After Meal Entertainment). He really likes to play the game "What's Up, Dude" during small groups. Ed is our team's movie star as he was an extra in the first Spiderman movie.

Jessica Ann Spartz   LaBolt, SD   24
When it comes to small groups, Jessica is the woman for the job! On any given retreat, our statistician and finance woman will most likely be playing Peter, Peter Paul, Paul with her small group. Padre Pio and Therese of Liseux are two of her favorite saints while Golden Girls and Murder She Wrote are her favorite tv shows. Although she likes Chipotle Jessica likes to snack in the van on green apples.

Nicholas Aaron Listi   Belton, TX   23
Our male team leader, a recent graduate of Texas A&M University, loves pumpkins of all forms - pie, a hat, drinks, the actual thing, ANYTHING! An interesting fact about Nick is that he has been to Mass in eight different countries. WOW! Nick's favorite saint is Francis of Assisi and he likes to sing the Chaplet of Divine Mercy.

Lindsey Elise Whtiis   Marshall, TX   23
This multi-talented, second-year sister is known as "The Assistant" as she is both the development and recruiting assistant for our team. Lindsey's favorite part of retreats are small groups and she most enjoys the "Light Up" drama. On a free day she can most likely be found playing guitar, eating sushi, or hanging out with another teammate. Lindsey likes Pepsi but not as much as she likes Texas A&M University - WHOOP!

Kayla Marie Stalboerger   Belgrade, MN   22
Our amazing female team leader has astounded us with her German-speaking skills. Kayla is not a big "van snack" person but likes to start, or even end, her day with a big bowl of cold cereal. She is the nineth of ten children and has eighteen nieces and nephews. Although she misses her family Kayla is excited to meet people from all over the nation and putting on retreats - especially when she gets to be a part of the opening session.

Dan Clifton Rogers   Redlands, CA   19
Dan is one of our second-year teammates. He serves as our drama leader this year and really enjoys the Open Up Your Eyes drama. His favorite saint is Jose Maria Escriva and can most often be found praying a rosary. Mingling throughout the retreat is his favorite activity especially when he gets a group to play hacky sack. He never ceases to surprise our team no matter if it be an amazing picture he takes or busting out in the moonwalk randomly.

Forest Loren Toney III   Victorville, CA   19
Forest, our team's musician, is a convert to Catholicism and can most likely be found during free time reading a book about the faith. His favorite saint is Thomas Aquinas and enjoys praying the rosary. He likes sushi, trail mix, Mario Kart, and enjoys telling retreatants about the time he met the original Green Power Ranger.

Liz Anne Meenan   Cherry Valley, IL   19
With a smile on her face, this beautiful sister greets each retreatant to their retreat. Once the retreat gets started Liz likes playing the game Screaming Yellow Zonkers but really enjoys when the team shares about their lives and performing dramas. Her favorite van snack is a fruit roll up and she really enjoys Canadian music and tv shows.

Joy Christine Polnaszek   Andover, MN   18
Although small in size this sister is big at heart. Our wonderful AME leader is exactly as her name implies - she is a joyous Christian. Any kind of pasta is her favorite food however Dairy Queen is her favorite place to eat. Joy is excited about all the retreats we will get to do this year and mostly all the times of small group she will be a part of.

Mychal Joseph Hadrich   McGregor, MN   18
Mychal is our team's host and greeter and we couldn't have anyone better for that. His outgoing personality and amazing energy really help the youth open up to the retreats. Signs is Mychal's favorite game to play. He really enjoys to eat at Applebee's and during long van rides he can be found eating Trolli sour gummi worms. Praise and worship is his favorite way to pray, Star Wars is his favorite movie, and Smallville is his favorite tv show.

Megan Elizabeth Hebert   Port Barre, LA   18
Our beautiful Cajun sister came to NET the second oldest of a family of twelve and is now the second youngest of our team of twelve. Megan is our supplies person on the team and also keeps track of birthdays and other such activities as our hostess. Before eating a shrimp poboy or enjoying a meal at Chili's, Megan will almost always bless her food with the non-traditional Meatloaf grace.

Ray Anthony Palacios   Baldwin Park, CA   18
One of our four brothers from Southern California graciously left the home of In-N-Out to be our fearless sacristan and trailer packer. Ray enjoys performing in the drama Open Up Your Eyes but when it comes time to be more light-hearted he likes the AME "Issues of Joe". Although he misses his family back home, Ray is excited about all the host homes and different churches he will see this year.
