The Goals of a NET Retreat?
- To help young people understand and accept God's unconditional love for them.
- To offer the faith of the team members as a witness to the youth that faith in God is a desirable, acceptable, and exciting part of their lives.
- To encourage young people to grow in their commitment to Jesus Christ and His church.
How long is a NET retreat?
NET retreats can last from five hours to ten hours, with the option of an overnight or weekend retreat.

Catholic youth in grades 7-12.

We bring the NET team to your parish! To check if a NET Team will be in your area, please contact us or call the NET Center.
Why a NET Retreat?
Though varying in length, format, and theme, the retreats blend a fun, high-energy retreat experience with a straightforward Gospel presentation. Team members proclaim the Gospel through large group talks, small group discussions, music, drama, and personal faith sharings. Each teen on retreat is given the opportunity to respond to Christ in prayer and/or through the Sacraments of Holy Eucharist and Reconciliation.
What is the cost of a NET Retreat?
NET Ministries depends on retreat fees to continue operating as a ministry. We have established the following retreat fees through consideration of our costs, such as the purchase and operation of our vans, vehicle insurance, training of our team members, health insurance for team members, retreat materials, administrative costs, etc.
The fee schedule for 2009-2010 is as follows:
One day retreat of 6 hours or less..................................... $675.00
One day retreat of 6 to overnight....................................... $825.00
Weekend retreat (two overnights in a row) ................... $1200.00
Our policy at NET Ministries is to never allow a parish's financial situation prevent them from hosting a NET retreat. If a parish or school truly cannot afford the full cost of a retreat and has explored other avenues of funding, we will work to adjust the fees accordingly. Please note that the agreement for adjusting the retreat fee must be made prior to the date of your retreat and can only be made by the Retreat Team Scheduler at NET Ministries. Please do not adjust any retreat fee on your own.
These current retreat fees cover less than half of the expense to bring a NET team to your parish. If your parish community is able to pay more than the standard fee, it would be of great benefit to the ministry and would help cover the costs for parishes unable to pay the retreat fee.
