NET Ministries has led youth ministry training for over 1500 young adults from around the world. The NET team members and other youth worker guests who attend NET training return to their communities equipped to make a great impact with youth in years to come.
The NET year starts for team members with five weeks of training. You'll learn about:
- Prayer and Scripture
- Catholic identity
- Christian character
- Content of the Gospel message
- Ministry and evangelization

In an environment that includes daily Mass, Reconciliation, weekly Benediction, reflection on the lives of the Saints, individual and corporate prayer, and small group discussion, you will be brought to a deeper understanding of your faith and given practical skills to effectively communicate that faith to others. |

And you'll get a chance to play ultimate frisbee, dangle your feet off the lakeside dock, sing your heart out, and get to know 100 other young Catholics who are excited about their faith.
The first two weeks of training are held at Camp Wapogassett near Amery, WI. The focus of these first two weeks is your personal relationship with God and with Jesus Christ. We believe "you can’t give what you don’t have" to retreatants while your sharing on the road. So the first two weeks are all about you and God! |

The next three weeks of NET training is held at the NET Center in West St. Paul, MN. During this time, NET teams begin to learn retreat skills, as well as start to develop relationships with their fellow team members. |

Training culminates with commissioning each team for their year of service on the road. |
