We’ve loaded our vans, logged the miles, and shared the love of Jesus over the many years and now are overjoyed to announce we have had the privilege of sharing the Gospel message with two million young people!
YOU — our NET alumni — have truly been the hands of feet of Jesus. We are so blessed by your service and also pleased to hear many of you have continued on the road of doing Catholic work and service. You’re making a difference in lives by your witness.
As you know, NET retreats are the lifeblood of our work and what we believe to be the most effective way to share with young people the Gospel message. It’s an opportunity to encounter Christ and learn about the importance of embracing one’s faith in the Catholic Church.
For these reasons, we are putting forth to our alumni a challenge! We hope that collectively we can provide 15 retreats for Catholic schools and parishes that otherwise could not afford them, or that are in areas where NET would like to expand. To make that possible, we pray you consider joining us in the 2018 NET Alumni Challenge!
Here are some recent testimonies from our retreat contacts:
“Having them on our campus was a blessing… With powerful activities, they were a great witness to the struggles of our culture today. Thank you for being a true witness of Christ love.” Veronica Zozaya, Principal St. Pius X – St. Matthias Academy, Downy, CA
“The group connected with the teens very quickly and kept them engaged. The team was a joy to work with both before and during the retreat.” – Mercedes Austgen, DRE, Holy Name, Cedar Lake, IN
“It was wonderful! Perfect balance of spirituality & fun – you really know how to capture the hearts & minds of the young people.” – Michele McCue, DRE, St. Mary of the Lake, Lakewood, NJ
Recently, we completed our 2017-18 season; here’s a quick look at those numbers.
- 113 dioceses visited
- 100,000+ youth reached
- 1,350 retreats conducted
As NET is busy planning and gearing up for the 2018-19 season, wouldn’t it be amazing if we could share with even more Catholic schools and parishes across the country that NET Ministries alumni helped to pave the way to make their local NET retreat possible?
